The app isn’t in my share sheet

Open the app once and sign in first. Then in Instagram, Safari or anywhere else, tap Share, scroll to the end of the row of app icons, tap More, and turn on Wait. You can drag it to the front so it’s always one tap away.

Something was saved wrong, or says “couldn’t confirm”

Share the same link again, ideally with a short note about what and where it is. A save that couldn’t be identified is read again from scratch rather than duplicated, and the new result replaces the blank one.

Reminders aren’t arriving

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Wait, and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders are scheduled for events with a date, and only ifRemind me was on when you saved it.

Delete my account

In the app, tap your account picture at the top right, then Delete account. It removes everything you have saved, your notes, tags and reminders, your calendar connection and your sign-in. It cannot be undone. Details are in the privacy policy.
